یک روش ترکیبی تحلیل پوششی دادهها-جنگل تصادفی برای ارزیابی کارایی سبز در محیطی نامتقارن
چکیده
هدف: هدف این مقاله ارزیابی کارایی نوآوری سبز در شرکتهای فعال در حوزه انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر بهمنظور حمایت از توسعه پایدار و بهبود عملکرد محیطزیستی و اقتصادی است.
روششناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش از یک رویکرد ترکیبی شامل تحلیل پوششی دادهها و تحلیل تابع مرز تصادفی برای سنجش دقیقتر کارایی استفاده شده است. همچنین، مدل جنگل تصادفی برای رفع نامتقارنی دادهها و تحلیل روابط غیرخطی میان عوامل موثر بهکار گرفته شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان میدهد که مدل ترکیبی، برآوردهای دقیقتر و قابلاعتمادتری از کارایی ارایه میدهد. همچنین، عواملی مانند ویژگیهای بنگاه و سرمایهگذاری در تحقیق و توسعه تاثیر معناداری بر کارایی نوآوری سبز دارند.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: این پژوهش با ارایه چارچوبی یکپارچه مبتنی بر DEA، SFA و جنگل تصادفی، ابزاری دقیق و کاربردی برای ارزیابی کارایی نوآوری سبز فراهم کرده و به بهبود تصمیمگیری و تحقق توسعه پایدار کمک میکند.
