شناسایی و تحلیل فعالیتهای کلیدی موثر در دستیابی به تولید در کلاس جهانی
چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی فعالیتهای کلیدی و ارکان اساسی مورد نیاز برای دستیابی به "تولید در کلاس جهانی" انجام شده است.
روششناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه از طریق مرور نظاممند ادبیات و تحلیل پژوهشهای پیشین در حوزه WCM انجام پذیرفته است.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهد که WCM بر 12 رکن اصلی شامل ایمنی، استقرار هزینه، بهبود متمرکز، نگهداری خودگردان، ساماندهی محیط کار، کنترل کیفیت، نگهداری حرفهای، لجستیک، مدیریت محصول و تجهیزات جدید، توسعه نیروی انسانی و محیط زیست استوار است.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: اصالت و ارزش این تحقیق در ارایه چارچوبی ساختاریافته و جامع از ارکان WCM است که میتواند به عنوان راهنمای عملی برای سازمانهای تولیدی در مسیر دستیابی به استانداردهای جهانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
