تحلیل شاخصهای مدیریت منابع انسانی در ساختار کسبوکارهای نوپا بر اساس کارت امتیازی متوازن
چکیده
هدف: هدف این مطالعه، بررسی عملکرد سیستم منابع انسانی در کسبوکارهای نوپا و شناسایی شاخصهای کلیدی مدیریت منابع انسانی است که بتوانند به توسعه مدلی مفهومی و کاربردی برای مدیریت علمی و مبتنی بر دانش نیروی انسانی در استارتآپها کمک کنند. تمرکز بر تحلیل استراتژیک این شاخصها است تا ارتباط آنها با موفقیت و بقا کسبوکار روشن شود.
روششناسی پژوهش: در این تحقیق، ابزاری برای ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی طراحی شد که مبتنی بر منطق کارت امتیازی متوازن و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است. این ابزار شاخصهای مالی، مشتری و فرآیندهای داخلی را بهصورت استراتژیک تحلیل کرده و اهمیت نسبی هر شاخص را در عملکرد منابع انسانی مشخص میکند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان میدهد که مدیریت مالی بهطور چشمگیری بر دیگر جنبهها اثرگذار است و تعامل انسانی با مشتریان و پیشبینی نیازهای آنان نقش تعیینکنندهای در بقای استارتآپها دارد. علاوه بر این، عواملی مانند خلاقیت، هوش هیجانی و توانایی پیشبینی نیازهای مشتری در موفقیت نیروی انسانی حیاتی بوده و نیازمند ارزیابی دورهای هستند.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: اصالت این پژوهش در ارایه مدلی کاربردی و استراتژیک برای کسبوکارهای نوپا است که بهجای تمرکز صرف بر پاداشهای مالی، تعامل مؤثر با مشتری، طراحی فرآیندهای داخلی ساده و مدیریت دانش را محور قرار میدهد و از این طریق مزیت رقابتی و موفقیت پایدار استارتآپها را حمایت میکند.
