چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر بی‌عدالتی سازمانی بر سلامت عاطفی کارکنان با درنظرگیری نقش تعدیل‌گری شرایط بازار کار (بیکاری و اقتصاد غیررسمی) می‌پردازد.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و کاربردی است. داده‌ها از 191 کارمند شرکت ویتانا با پرسشنامه استاندارد جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بی‌عدالتی سازمانی تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر سلامت عاطفی کارکنان دارد. همچنین، بیکاری و اقتصاد غیررسمی این رابطه منفی را تقویت می‌کنند.

اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: ارزش مقاله حاضر در بررسی همزمان نقش تعدیل‌گری دو عامل کلان اقتصادی در رابطه بین بی‌عدالتی سازمانی و سلامت عاطفی در یک شرکت ایرانی است.
