طراحی شبکه زنجیرهتامین معکوس دارویی با مدیریت جریان برگشتی تحت شرایط عدم قطعیت تقاضا
چکیده
هدف: مدیریت بهینه داروهای تاریخ مصرف گذشته و کاهش آسیبهای زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی ناشی از دفع نامناسب آنها، از طریق طراحی یک شبکه زنجیرهتامین معکوس دارویی.
روششناسی پژوهش: ارایه یک مدل ریاضی برنامهریزی خطی عدد صحیح مختلط با درنظرگیری سه مسیر دفع، تولید مجدد و بازیافت برای داروهای برگشتی. عدم قطعیت تقاضا با رویکرد مبتنی بر سناریو و مدل در نرمافزار GAMS حل شد.
یافتهها: مدل پیشنهادی قادر به بیشینهسازی سود کل شبکه از طریق ایجاد تعادل بین درآمدهای حاصل از فروش و بازیافت و هزینههای مختلف است. نتایج نشان میدهد افزایش هزینههای انقضا و کمبود، سود کل را کاهش میدهد.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: این مطالعه با ارایه یک مدل یکپارچه کمی که سه مسیر مختلف مدیریت داروهای تاریخ گذشته را همزمان در شرایط عدم قطعیت بررسی میکند، گامی فراتر از مطالعات صرفا مفهومی گذشته برداشته و چارچوبی عملی برای پیادهسازی اقتصاد چرخشی در صنعت دارو ارایه میدهد.
